Jane Hunt MP visited Shepshed Watermill which offers regular dates where members of the public can go and see the mill and see how it works.
Jane was made aware of a planning application which, were it to be successful, would allow for a road junction to be built in close proximity to the buildings which would disrupt the natural setting that the Watermill is currently in. She listened to local Shepshed residents and sent her views on the matter and asked them to be considered by the plans committee when discussing the application.
