Today, Loughborough MP Jane Hunt attended the graduation ceremony event at Carpenter’s arms which is a Christian rehabilitation centre based in Loughborough. It exists to help those challenged by addiction which often results in a breakdown of relationships, homelessness, financial hardship, illness and offending. They have helped hundreds of people get their lives back on track since 2008, when Bryan and Judith Spence founded the charity.
Jane went to see the class of '22 at their premises at Six Hills, to hear from the intake about how the charity had helped them. During the visit, Jane wished them well in their future lives and praised the charity for all they had done to help local people.
