Jane Hunt MP visited Falcon Support Services at the Rushes to hear about their "It Shouldn't Have to Be Lonely This Christmas" campaign, and purchase a jumper designed by their residents.
Falcon Support Services are working to tackle social isolation and homelessness, and improve community well-being, by providing a safe space to sleep, a warm meal and some Christmas cheer.
